1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment methods currently available to you are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by device, location, currency, order value, or payment provider. We do not guarantee that every method will always be available.
2. Prices and Currency
Product prices and sale prices are displayed on the website. The order summary shows product charges, the flat $9.99 shipping charge, and any applicable taxes or discounts before you submit payment. Unless another currency is clearly shown, prices are in U.S. dollars.
3. Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or hold an order for failed authorization, suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, or incomplete information.
4. Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Leatherent LLC does not store full payment-card numbers on its website. Providers process payment data under their own privacy and security terms.
5. Taxes and Import Charges
Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout. International duties, taxes, brokerage, or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.
6. Discounts
Discount codes must be applied before payment and may be subject to dates, exclusions, minimum values, or single-use limits. Discounts cannot normally be applied after an order is placed.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or provider processing commonly takes 5–10 business days after approval. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or have an order problem. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using order, communication, payment and delivery records.
